RUN-OFF, RESTRUCTURING AND SPECIAL SITUATIONS
We help financial institutions run off non-core portfolios (debt & leasing) in a capital efficient way. This may involve the disposal of performing assets or the restructuring, accelerating and/or enforcing of distressed assets.
Both are highly time consuming and we can provide execution capability and strategic advice to lenders, investors or asset managers. We can also originate investment opportunities in certain special situations and work outs.

Patrick Caron-Delion is an experienced lawyer (ex Allen & Overy) regulated by the UK Solicitors Regulation Authority and provides freelance legal services in most areas of cross border asset finance and asset management.
Patrick has also acted as an independent board director in certain special situations, run off, debt rescheduling and company re-organisations (both executive and non-executive roles).
